FEEDBACK FROM BENEFICIARIES
Tetyana from Valky
After attending the classes, I felt an inner transformation taking place within me. It became easier to communicate with people in partnerships, without the pressure of roles as manager and subordinate. The categorical nature and desire to stand out disappeared, replaced by calmness and harmony. Thank you for the classes at Help Point. Thanks to them, I began to see people as they really are, and now we take care of each other.

I was experiencing burnout due to my volunteer work, difficult circumstances, and my family being at war. Attending classes at the Help Point support centre helped me cope with this. My life has taken on new meaning. I attend all the activities offered here: yoga, mandala weaving, and group sessions with a psychologist. I have been attending classes for three weeks now and am very satisfied. I even recommend my friends to come here.
