In frontline communities in the Kharkiv region, even a simple trip to school or the doctor can be a real challenge. This is especially true for children who have to walk long distances every day.
Now, some of these children have received bicycles. And this is not just a means of transport — it is an opportunity to get to school, clubs or medical services faster and safer, to stay active and feel the freedom that is so lacking today.
The transfer of bicycles was made possible thanks to a support project implemented jointly with MIVA and Hilfswerk International in Ukraine in the city of Zlatopil.
We believe that even simple solutions can give children more childhood and communities more hope!
